Welcome to Jiayue (jiayueshop.com). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They’re short and fair – the plain-English version of how we do business.

Our products

We sell embroidered iron-on patches, DIY kits and related accessories. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; small variations in colour and stitching are a normal part of embroidered goods.

Prices & payment

All prices on Jiayue are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). The final USD amount is shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may convert the charge to your local currency and may apply a conversion fee. Payment is processed securely by PayPal (including eligible card payments) – we never see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking. Processing and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping page. International orders may occasionally be subject to import taxes or fees charged by your local customs, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & refunds

Our full policy is available on the Returns & Refunds page. Customers should review each product’s approximate size, material, backing and application instructions before ordering.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or ordering the wrong item after the relevant product information was shown.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, the customer should contact hello@jiayueshop.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photos. For visible delivery damage, missing items or an incorrect item, contacting us within 14 days helps us investigate quickly. Where applicable law requires a particular remedy or order of remedies, that law will apply. Otherwise, after review, we may send a replacement or missing/correct item, refund the relevant price difference, provide an agreed partial refund, issue a refund where appropriate, or offer another reasonable remedy.

Where mandatory law grants a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for an eligible online purchase, Jiayue will honour it in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms shortens a mandatory statutory claim or legal-guarantee period.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply to product subtotal, can’t be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

Intellectual property

All site content – product photos, text and branding – belongs to us or our licensors. Please don’t reuse it commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
